Do you want to know a truth about Depression? So many people talk about the sadness and the crying. But what people donโt talk about is the other stuff that goes with it. How getting out of bed is such an unrealistic Chore. How just getting up to lay in a bath can consume so much energy you donโt have. How even things you love can seem like huge energy pits.
