It's my preference to make content when I plan for it, when I can do my pre-filming routine. Tea, maybe CBD, a workout or yoga, getting started at a reasonable hour to make the most of the lightโฆ
You'd think turning the camera on and getting a few pics or vids isn't a sport you need to warm up for... but for me, it is. I like to get in the zone, warm up my body. It just feels better!
But on the other hand, sometimes the light is great or I'm having a good hair day or someone...
