今回から付属するセリフのテキストファイルが翻訳しやすくなってると思います。

結論としては、Patreonのスマホアプリ版からはDiscord連携をする設定が出来ないのでWEBブラウザからやってくれとのことでした。
なので、スマホユーザーの人はWEBブラウザでPatreonのページを開いてログインをして、そこからはPC版と同じような感じでDiscord連携が出来るようです。
