I've had this idea on the backburner for a while, but finally got around to it. I think Kinley and Marleigh would be good friends once they got to know each other, and the novelty of her being famous wore off. They'd have the kind of relationship that two queens should (plus the occasional punching each other in the face). 

Marleigh is the most athletic of the Lavelle siblings, so Kinley might finally have someone who wants to go play golf with him! :D

Today we have some good ones... Fletch suffering from an itch he (literally) can't scratch, and Judas trying to help in any way he can. I like to think that Judas is genuinely interested in learning more about Fletch's residual limb and prosthetic. Ahhh.... I said last week that I was about due for some KinleyXJaxsen, and here we are~

I think Kinley would find having a "long distance" relationship the hardest out of everyone. He doesn't handle stress well, and having Jaxsen up and leave for weeks at a time to would really wear on him. In general, even in an IDEAL relationship setting, Kinley would feel like love really fucking hurts. So this...? This is pushing it. (But... that just means Jaxsen's worth it, right?) :')

Chapter 4 - 9

Ahhhh.... I find this update so satisfying. <3 It's been a while since we've seen them on the road, and this is definitely the most driving we've gotten in the comic so far, but that's the whole point right? Road trip vibes! I've been looking forward to drawing the landscapes in the southwest because it's very near and dear to my heart too <3 I'm excited for Albuquerque, Arizona, Nevada... <3 <3 <3 

Also, this is the first day so far that they've mostly all be on the same page. Everyone seems to want to move forward...

Laugh a Little More

I've had a weird last couple days smh lol. First my laptop crashed on me and freaked me out... I've been wanting to get a new laptop for a while now, but been putting it off because of the cost. Thankfully I didn't lose anything important when it crashed, but it did scare me enough to go get a new laptop later that day. And it's great! I love it-- it's super nice and clear and the vibrancy of the screen makes drawing a lot easier. So that's good! :)

Chapter 4 - 7

Sorry this is a bit of a shorter update! The conversation in the car with Fletch/Priscilla  was broken up into two updates because this month has been chaotic and busy for me. And rather than taking a week off to give myself extra time, Rowdy and I thought it would be better to just split the updates into two.

Remember, back in the bar when Kinley and Priscilla started arguing at the booth? I mentioned then, not to dismiss what she had to say-- and this is why. Because it actually does involve her (and Fletch's!) character develop...

Weird family

I've been debating this set of doodles for a long time now because of how "weird" the Lavelle family dynamic has become LOL. But... let's be honest, how else would they get a child that looks so much like Fletch AND Judas? If Marleigh wasn't the surrogate, then idk my friends... Just go with it. XD 

My headcanon about this is that it was actually Marleigh's idea, and Judas tried to talk her out of it at first-- then Fletch started to agree and well... it just all fell into place. Marleigh learns she's actually really good at the p...
