Optimize Loading And Memory in Animation Workflow IPA

I just update a better way for the AnimateDiff Workflow, this work for all workflow with IPA for Character and Background change features.

By using 1 IPAdapter loader, loading 1 clip vision and IPA model, it reduce the memory double size less. We can use regional IPA , targeting Masks from Segmentation group. We don't need 2 IPAdapter group anymore.
