Go hug a tree today ๐ณ ๐โจ๐ง๐ฝ Grounding is a therapeutic act of centering yourself with nature. Taking time to reconnect with a part of yourself that is often lost in the hubbub of the modern world. Iโm an Earth sign (cap) so this has always been a strong practice for me, before I even knew the words for it. Walking in nature barefoot is my absolute favorite.
