I was on a huge 4 hour bike ride but there were some unexpected diversions so almost half of that was spent cycling over the worldโs most bumpiest gravelly roads and my arse has never felt so utterly battered and bruised! Iโve made a rudey dudey video since, and I have come to realise, I may have climaxes too hard for my knackered joints because today I just canโt walk. How worryingly pathetic is that for a wee girl my age ๐ - so hereโs a pic of me, barely standing and legitimately using that fence to keep myself propped up!
