I can't believe it has been 20 days into this routine already! 🥳 My body has changed in so many ways. I have become motivated and I can't imagine not continuing this lifestyle after these 30 days are up! 💕 It isn't always easy to get up, march out in the cold and go to the gym.🏋️♀️ But it has become a habit now and my days are more complete when I spend a little time each day moving my body.😁 If you are wanting to make a lifestyle change, first of all: AWESOME and welcome to the club! You can do it, just take it day by day.
