Added 2024-01-17 12:27:54 +0000 UTCJust a lil casual update on prep seeing as I've not posted a proper one in a few weeks ๐ Woke up to a lovely 1.4kg drop on the scales this morning, obliques have now joined the party ๐ Changes have recently been made and I'm now at 13.5k steps daily, daily 35 mins HIIT cardio, food has been decreased to around 1.9k calories on a training day and 1.7k calories on a rest day! I'm starting to feel pretty hungry now hut that means the cut is cutting ๐ Roughly 10 weeks out from my first show now!! Going to be designing my bikini this week which is v exciting but still undecided on what colour to go for ๐คฃ
