It has been a crazy week already! π΅βπ«π΅βπ« There is just so much going on this month that I actually had to get my whiteboard out and write a whole calendar which is something I haven't done in a very very long time π€£π€£
I'm also going to start meal prepping again because I really need to get super serious about hitting my protein goals if I'm going to get some gainz π€£π€£ hopefully I get to seriously lift again soon π I can't believe I actually miss it! π€£π€£
