the night was very hard today, I was tormented by obsessive thoughts and auditory hallucinations and I slept very little.. π« so now in the morning I called a psychiatrist and I'm waiting for him in half an hour ππ₯Ί I think I need to change my treatment again..π« So Iβll post just yesterday photos and wish you good day, Iβll write next post about my treatment later today πβ¨
