I was stuck in my mind. Caged in my mind. I wanted to express myself, but I didnβt feel ready, I didnβt feel good enough, I didnβt feel worthy. Those were all lies I believed and made me feel like dirt* not happy dirt*, the icky dirt* π I recognized how I was feeling as it stemmed from my thoughts about myself. I shifted. Truth is I am ready. I am good enough. I am worthy.
Truth is YOU are too. You are ready. You are good enough. You are worthy.
And yes it is timeπ
