Bring some color into your world ๐ Spice up your breakfast with some tomatoes ๐
or avocado ๐ฅ or some berries ๐๐ซ
For the past few months Iโve been so conditioned to the basicsโฆ eggs and oatmeal every morning๐ (i am fitness training)โฆ then my partner bought tomatoes, and onions and avocadoโฆ disrupting my patternโฆ. It takes extra time to cut and slice these thingsโฆ ๐ I did it anywayโฆ put them in the eggs ๐ณโฆ and WOW!! Haha I enjoyed the taste and texture ๐ฅฐ thinking I desire to add these extras more often haha โฆ
Yes we all need some extra spice in our life, our food, our relationships, our work etc.
I challenge you to do something extra for yourself today, and see how you feel doing it ๐
