This is a fairly new cryptid that has its first sighting in 1994. 8 to 9 feet tall, white fur, sharp teeth, 4 eyes, face of a sheep, horns like a ram, hands like a racoon or opossum and a naked tail like a rat this just sounds like an experiment gone wrong.
