2021-01-27 20:17:56 +0000 UTCI mean BIGBANG is iconic in k-pop history and there's a lot of talent in that group. But Dee just obviously doesn't enjoy k-pop that much, and that's OK. She doesn't even like American pop, let alone the same genre in a different language. She might not find it all offensive to listen to, but it's pointless to try to force someone to like what you like when it's just not their thing. Also modern k-pop isn't even comparable to older groups. It's just super unnatural and manufactured for western consumption. I love older k-pop, but I find groups post-EXO era really cringey. It's received way differently in Korea than BIGBANG, SNSD or ever SHINee was.
