I donโt think pleasure is anything to be ashamed of or to hide from. I think a lot of us carry more weight around this than we should. ๐ฉท I believe that desire is sacred. โจ what makes us feel good should never be demonized. Itโs only when we use it as a distraction from going within and facing our sadness or anger or loneliness.
Are you running from something? You canโt push it down with sex or work or whatever else youโre using to fill the hole. Be still, get quiet, and feel. Itโs hard but itโs worth it....
