yoooooooooooooga midday ๐คญ this morning i woke up and had really bad tensions at my neck ๐ซฃ๐ซฃ๐ซฃ it happens a lot of the time if i sleep in a bad position... in the last days i could not really do enough yoga for myself because of all the studying ๐ luckily nobody was there so i could do it naked this time and feel free while doing it ๐ anyways if you have tensions at specific parts of your body... let me know and sent me a ๐ง maybe i can recommend you some exercise which will help ๐ค
