Some of what I've been working on!!
Finally finished this classic Pokemon trio- Ghastly, Haunter, and Gengar 👻 keeping each one under 30min.
The render is fine, but pose/concept leaves a lot to be desired. If I have time, I'll do another set but try to focus more on a cool pose or idea!

This week, I wanted to share this funky car I drew, along with some quick tips I gathered along the way 🚘
First big takeaway is perspective. Cars, robots, and machinery rely on strong perspective to make sense visually.
Looking at the pic above, u can see the perspective box I drew over the car.
I kept a rough visual of that in mind as I made the sketch (left), and most details followed it loosely

Also I drew some Tyler fanart but in a quicker, messier style 🔥🔥 The key difference here is that I'm only using my pencil brush to stay loose and really push those textures.

Ok so I started painting up this big ol page up with random objects that i find neat and/or cool.

This one was a great exercise in controlling isolated light sources. Towards the end, you might notice that I actually darkened the entire scene and introduced that deep blue background. This let me push the glow of the tablet screen, and get that really nice illuminated effect with the lighting.
